1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using PocketBase MCP Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Software.

The Software is operated by Nikita Osypian under the trade name Velocity Softworks ("we", "us", "our"), located in Kyiv, Ukraine.

2. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use PocketBase MCP Pro for your personal or commercial projects. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software or license keys
• Share your license key publicly or with third parties
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software

3. Purchases & Payment Processing

All purchases are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. By completing a purchase you agree to their respective terms of service. Prices are in USD and subject to change. Your purchase includes lifetime access to all future updates released while the product is actively maintained.

4. Fulfillment and Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment, your digital license key and installation instructions will be delivered immediately to the email address provided during checkout. The software is delivered digitally, and updates are distributed via standard package managers or direct downloads. If you do not receive the delivery email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@pocketbase-mcp.com.

5. Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy for full details. In short, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if the Software does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Software is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nikita Osypian (Velocity Softworks) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with Nikita Osypian (Velocity Softworks). These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, and you agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in such courts. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law.
