Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

1. Delivery Method

Since PocketBase MCP Pro is a purely digital developer tool, no physical shipping is required. All purchases are delivered electronically.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Your license key and quick-start instructions are generated and sent automatically by our system immediately after your payment is processed by Dodo Payments. In most cases, the delivery email arrives in your inbox within 1–2 minutes of order completion.

3. How to Access Your Purchase

To start using the software:

• Check the inbox of the email address you entered during checkout.
• Look for an email with the subject line "Your PocketBase MCP Pro License Key".
• Follow the steps in the email to install the Pro package using Node.js/NPX and configure it in your AI editor (Cursor, Claude, etc.).

4. Delayed or Missing Delivery

If you have not received your delivery email within 10 minutes of completing your purchase, please:

• Verify that your payment was completed successfully (check your bank statement or check for a receipt from Dodo Payments).
• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders in your email client.
• Ensure that you did not make a typo in your email address during checkout.

If you still cannot locate the email, contact us immediately at support@pocketbase-mcp.com with your transaction details, and we will manually retrieve and reissue your license key as soon as possible.

5. Software Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime access to all future updates of the software. Updates are delivered digitally and can be pulled automatically by running the installer tool or updating the package via standard package managers.
